A bedroom for each individual
Each young person will have their own allocated bedroom, whilst they share communal facilities. All other rooms in the house will be equipped and where necessary, adapted to meet the needs of the young people sharing the house. We consult with each young person’s referring agency to assess and recommend the right package of care. Our model of accommodation provides a high-spec, self-contained unit which is fully integrated into the local community, alongside one-to-one support by a named key worker. This encourages service users to make their own decisions and gain daily living skills while being supported.

Temporary and emergency accommodation
Under the Children Leaving Care Act 2000, local authorities have a duty to accommodate young people 'in need', while under the Homelessness Act 2002, local authorities must consider 16 and 18-year-old and 18 to 21-year-old care leavers to be in priority need of housing.
We provide temporary and emergency accommodation. We work in close partnership with our local authority clients to provide affordable accommodation of high quality with a substantial package of support.
